Phil Frankfort is the managing member of the firm. Phil has extensive experience in the field of health care, serving as general counsel to hospitals, physician practices and other health care providers.
Phil’s health care practice includes compliance with tax-exemption requirements and other state and federal statutes such as Anti-Kickback and Stark laws, hospital-physician transactions, group practice formation and operation, practice sales and acquisitions, and joint venture formation and operation.
Phil has more than 30 years of experience in representing closely held business entities, and the personal matters of their owners.
Phil has also represented a variety of social service and religious organizations as well as private foundations.
