Biography

Elizabeth is an associate in the firm and is a member of the Health Care and Employment & Labor Law Groups. Elizabeth counsels health care providers in transactional and regulatory matters including state and federal compliance issues, service agreements, and physician employment agreements. Elizabeth also counsels clients in the preparation of employment, executive compensation and non-compete agreements, and she represents clients in employment disputes and administrative proceedings including unemployment compensation procedures and hearings.
